In the event this year’s gathering needs to be cancelled, all money received will be refunded 100%,
and any decision to cancel will be well in time to meet the room cancellation policy.

All reservations previously made for the October dates have been moved to the new dates.

NOTE: if you made a reservation for the October dates and are not able to attend on
the November dates, you will need to cancel your November reservation.

calling the Cambria Pines Lodge toll-free at 800-966-6490.

special discounted room rate and choice of selected rooms.
Room Cancellation Policy: 30+ days in advance (October 1 in this case).

Each room is guaranteed with a credit card by the person who makes the reservation.

There are limited handicap and downstairs rooms available
at the discounted rate. If you do not “DO” stairs,
please Book Early! (There are no elevators.)
